DAN'S VIDEOS

It's no myth that a picture paints a thousand words,  so in this section,  I'm going to stop blathering on and let you view some of my work.   From extinction to explosions; evolution to revolution; cetaceans to supercars, sit back and enjoy.

Life on Our Planet premiered on Netflix on October 25th 2023. Telling the greatest story of them all, the story of life, it’s the most ambitious project I have ever been a part of - not least because of its unique combination of world-class VFX and best in show natural history. It’s also a game-changer for the genre given it is the first serialized series in the natural history space.

Let's start with a Bang!  This is a 2 minute mad-cap mayhem-to-the-max introduction to the marvellous world of MythBusters.  Story-telling,  fun, science, and spectacle all showcased to the full!

Supercar Megabuild season 2 Ep 1 Trailer.  Two mechanics + 1 tycoon + 1 supermodel = Motoring madness.  Epic spectacle meets raw power.  By the way,  I wasn't responsible for the grade on this trailer!

The coolest tech. The weirdest weapons. The craziest escapes. Three science-loving sleuths put them under the microscope. Streaming now on Netflix.

A teaser trailer for Deadly Dinosaurs with Steve Backshall. Dinosaurs meets Top Gear!

Here's the trailer for Surviving Exodus,  as cut by Discovery Creative in London.  You get the idea!

This is the teaser trailer for 2017's MB The Search, Science Channel's highest rating new series since 2011

This is a 4 minute promo for David Attenborough's The Life of Mammals.  Apologies for the VHS quality

Taking image quality and technology to the max, nature films do not get any better than this.

To give an idea of how big MythBusters is (especially to UK audiences),  here's President Obama thanking "the entire MythBusters team".  Yes,  I've peaked!

There is a pattern emerging here - at the end of each page I reveal something slightly embarrassing.  Well here's this page's - a prime example of why I should always be behind the camera!!

Over the years, the MythBusters have done some career defining things but sending Adam to the edge of space is my all-time favourite - the access, the story, the music, the emotion.  It's my proudest moment. You're welcome.
